Please read these terms carefully before using sarvpay.co.in services.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Sarvpay (operated under Sarvpay Universe (OPC) Private Limited at sarvpay.co.in). By accessing, browsing, or using our website and mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Service

Sarvpay exclusively provides online digital utility services limited to:

  • Prepaid Mobile Recharges: Instant recharges for all major telecom operators (Airtel, Jio, Vi, BSNL).
  • DTH Recharges: Direct-to-home television top-ups for popular providers (Tata Play, Airtel Digital TV, Dish TV, Sun Direct, d2h).

* Note: No other banking, AEPS, or money transfer services are offered through this platform.

3. Self Cashback & Rewards

  • Self-Recharge: Users are eligible for up to 3.5% Instant Cashback on successful self-recharge transactions.
  • Referral System: Rewards up to 0.25% is credited to the referrer only when the referred user completes a successful recharge. No Rewards is paid for mere sign-ups.
  • Usage Policy: Cashbacks are credited to the My Rewards for Mobile/DTH recharges only. There is currently NO provision for bank withdrawals.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. You agree to provide accurate and active mobile numbers, operator details, and customer subscription IDs during recharges. Sarvpay will not be held liable or responsible for recharges sent to incorrect or erroneous numbers/IDs entered by the user.

5. Payments & Transactions

All monetary transactions on sarvpay.co.in are processed through secure and authorized third-party payment gateways. By initiating a transaction, you authorize us to charge the respective payment method for the total amount specified, including applicable taxes or convenience charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sarvpay acts as a digital intermediary facilitating recharges via authorized operator APIs. We are not responsible for service downtime, server delays, or network failures caused directly by the respective telecom or DTH service operators.

7. Modifications to Terms

Sarvpay Universe (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after modifications implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
